Beginning Restoring Freedom of Movement
June 6-July 18, 2011 (no class July 4) Mondays at Full Circle Massage 1018 E. New Circle, Ste. 207 7:30-9:00 p.m.
Using triggers of release combined with yoga, this class will focus on three of the biggest areas of tension for most people: neck, shoulders and hips. These triggers are powerful and can yield dramatic results in a short amount of time. Students are able to move more deeply into yoga stretches after doing the technique, which helps the muscles to hold therelease. Ankles, knees, wrists and elbows relate closely to patterns of holding in the hips and shoulders, so we will work with triggers for all of these joints. Yoga postures will be focused on stretches that support releases in these areas. Class content varies depending on whether class is composed of ongoing or new students or a mix of both.
TRIGGERS OF RELEASE AND YOGA TOO
June 7-July 12, 2011 Tuesdays at Full Circle Massage 1018 E. New Circle, Ste. 207 7:00-9:00 p.m.
This class rotates among three basic areas of tension. Weeks 1 & 4 focus on neck and shoulders. Weeks 2 & 5 week work on the back. Weeks 3 & 6 are the legs and hips. For overall relaxation you can take all 3 areas or you can choose one area of focus.
These triggers are powerful yet easy to do and can yield dramatic results in a short amount of time. Students are able to move more deeply into yoga stretches after doing the technique, which then helps the muscles to keep the release. Each class will have a well-rounded yoga segment with attention to postures that support the areas of release.
All six classes: $120 Weeks 1-3 (6/7-6/21) or 4-6 (6/28-7/12): $66 Weeks 1 & 4 OR weeks 2& 5 OR weeks 3 & 6: $50 One class: $30

Traditonal Hatha Yoga
June 8-July 13, 2011 Wednesdays at Full Circle Massage 6:30-7:30 p.m.
A yoga class that uses traditional basic postures and focuses on balance: strength and flexibility, chakras, looking in and opening out. No pretzel poses, no aerobic yoga, just a chance to find health benefits and increased tranquillity. Poses demonstrated at several levels so that students may find their own safe practice. Pre-registration required.
For more info see: yoga For registration form or to ask questions: yogaleigh@earthlink.net All classes taught by Leigh Gaitskill, who studied yoga for five years with Bill Hunt and in 1988 earned a teaching certificate from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago. During those years she was introduced to meditation and metaphysics by a transpersonal psychologist. In 1990 she went through the Nine Gates Mystery School program, then went on to study Huna, completed the Fisher Hoffman process, explored Buddhist practices and sat vipassana, and worked with Hopi elder Jeremie Jackson for two years. She has taught classes on right speech, prosperity, and yoga. She also has second degree Reiki and Amanohuna attunements.
All evening classes or weekend classes at Full Circle Massage: go to back door of building. There's a large parking lot back there and that's the only door I can unlock. Sometimes other tenants lock it again, so I usually come check once or twice before class so hang on if it's locked or try front door which is often unlocked. Class is up the stairs and to your left.
