For years I heard about EFT from friends who thought it was great but only recently did I finally manage to learn the technique. My favorite story so far has been tapping during an allergy attack -- not only did the sneezing and sniffling stop before I even finished tapping but my sinuses completely dried up too! Emotional Freedom Technique involves tapping in a specific order on a variety of acupuncture points while repeating phrases relating to an illness, pain, emotional issue, etc. that you want to address. The tapping breaks energy patterns, which is all that emotional trauma or illness is. When the pattern is broken, the issues or symptoms disappear or are reduced.
